Working at Publicis NY | MAIP 2022 Fellowship

As my internship draws to a close, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible opportunity to work as a project management intern at Publicis NY through MAIP. These past 8 weeks have been a true learning journey, allowing me to grow not only in my role as a PM but also in witnessing the meticulous planning, attention to detail, and seamless coordination required to launch successful campaigns.

Moreover, I've been fortunate to gain a comprehensive understanding of the different departments within the agency. From engaging in meetings with the strategy team, creatives, and accounts, I've been granted a 360-degree view of how an advertising agency operates. The support and kindness from every individual across the company have been remarkable, with each person encouraging my growth at every step.

During the final weeks of my internship, I've had the opportunity to put my skills to the test by managing a real campaign as part of our intern project. Collaborating with 11 talented interns-turned-teammates has been an absolute delight, and I'm eagerly looking forward to presenting our work to the Publicis team. Overall, this internship experience has surpassed all my expectations, and I'm excitedly counting down the days until I embark on my professional career in the dynamic realm of advertising.
